Welcome! In the Look, Read, and Listen

books Pretend the World and Dark Lake and my
anthology Riding Shotgun: Women Write About Their Mothers.
Winter
News: I’ve had two broadsides printed recently: “Returning
to Lake Superior” from Pretend the World was reprinted in a beautiful broadside published by Red Bird Press with art
by Mary Klien, and a new poem “The Path” was printed with a photographic image
by Jes Lee for a Minnesota Center for Book Arts exchange and show. I’ve had poems published or forthcoming in The Mom Egg Review, Stone Coast Review, Mizna,
and Cairns. My Minnesota State Arts Board grant will wind up in
late spring with a recording of poetry from Pretend
the World featuring a plethora of popular writers reading the poems and
hopefully a final performance. More news on that soon. In the meantime, here is my upcoming schedule.
